DM GROUP places health and safety at work at the heart of its concerns.
This desire is reflected in the implementation of adequate means to preserve the health and safety of staff. This process, applicable to the entire group, is an integral part of our management system.
We must conduct our business in a way that ensures the health and safety of everyone. Each employee must protect their own health and safety by complying with the law and by following the practices and procedures established by the Group.

DM GROUP will make all possible efforts to ensure health and safety at work. Everyone must individually and collectively work in optimal safety conditions and be a source of proposals for improving safety and health in the company.

In order to strengthen this approach, management is committed to the following measures:

  • Ensure that in terms of safety, regulations are respected in particular through the updating of professional risk assessment documents
  • Train and monitor the integration of employees
  • Establish procedures for safe work and inform personnel of the dangers through safety instruction sheets
  • Monitor safety progress using relevant indicators
